

On January 27, 2026, Dr. Fatima had the opportunity to deliver the lecture “Balance on the Plate – Energy, Hormones, and Health” for women of different life stages. Through discussions about nutrition, energy, hormones, and everyday challenges, we opened important topics that concern almost every woman—from fatigue and appetite to the menstrual cycle, mood, and relationship with food.
It is especially important to emphasize that the focus was on realistic, sustainable solutions: how to create a balanced plate without counting calories, how to understand the signals of one’s own body, and how to nurture a healthy relationship with food in real life, including during Ramadan.
The atmosphere was filled with open questions, honest exchanges of experiences, and a strong sense of togetherness. The women left feeling satisfied, empowered, and equipped with practical knowledge they could immediately apply in their daily lives.
Balance in nutrition is not about perfection, but about conscious choices, understanding one’s own needs, and caring for health in the long term. This lecture once again confirmed how important it is to talk about these topics clearly, professionally, and with a great deal of empathy.
