The book “100 Recipes for a Healthy Life” was created out of the authors’ desire to share their knowledge and experience in the field of nutrition by presenting balanced recipes—essential for anyone who values their health.

The authors are Dr. Safija Softić-Namas and Dr. Fatima Gondžo-Velić. Both are medical doctors by profession, and also nutritionists. They decided to combine treatment and prevention in their work and to share their knowledge with you in a very practical way, through a book of balanced recipes.
This book is designed in a very practical format and consists of three chapters: savory, sweet, and the golden corner. In the golden corner chapter, you will find recipes that every household needs, such as fermented salad, stock, several types of bread, salad dressing, vegetable cubes, and more. With these recipes, you will enrich your table with healthy additions, and your body will thank you.
