The “Sports Nutrition” Programme is designed for recreational and competitive athletes who want to align their nutrition with their sport, training schedule, recovery, body-composition goals and performance objectives.
What’s included
- an initial consultation lasting up to 75 minutes and an analysis of the weekly training schedule, competition calendar, habits and available measurements
- a personalised four-week meal plan or structured sports nutrition protocol, depending on the goal
- planning for meals before, during and after training, a hydration strategy, and practical guidance for competition days, travel and similar situations
- an assessment of energy, protein, carbohydrate and other key nutrient intake in relation to training load
- a review of current sports supplements and guidance on health, quality and anti-doping risks
- one follow-up consultation lasting up to 30 minutes
The plan is delivered within seven to ten working days. Athletes under 18, elite athletes, athletes competing in weight-category sports, and those with suspected low energy availability, amenorrhoea, recurrent injuries, diabetes or another health condition may require the complex programme and collaboration with a sports physician or other members of the support team.
