What Does Working with Us Involve?
Working with us begins by completing a short questionnaire in which you describe your habits, health condition, and goals. Based on this information, we assess which service best suits your situation and clearly explain the scope of the service, its price, and the next steps before the process begins.
Once you have selected a service, you will complete a nutrition and health questionnaire and, where necessary, provide relevant laboratory results and medical documentation. We then hold an individual consultation during which we discuss your diet, habits, health condition, therapy, daily routine, and goals in detail.
Based on all the information collected, we prepare individualized recommendations, a meal plan, or other agreed professional materials. We do not use universal meal plans or ready-made solutions. We tailor our recommendations to you, your needs, and your lifestyle.
For programs that include a follow-up consultation, we assess your progress after you have followed the recommendations or meal plan for a certain period, discuss any challenges you may have encountered, and create a plan for the next steps.
Our goal is not simply to give you a plan, but to help you understand how to apply it and ensure that the changes you make are safe, realistic, and sustainable in the long term, while protecting and improving your health.
